Anyone got a pelvic floor exerciser

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations for a pelvic floor exerciser.
I know doing them yourself is highly recommended but I cant. I have been seen by a doctor and was due to start physio treatment at the end of March but it's been delayed til goodness knows when.

So wonder if others are using pelvic floor exerciser, which ones and recommendations.

When you say you can't do them yourself OP do you mean kegel exercises? Is there a reason (as in you don't know how) or a personal choice - no judgement, just unsure what to advise .

I've seen a specialist womens health physio a couple of times for separate issues and what they recommended was quite different depending on the origin issue. Once for high pelvic tone and pai ful sex and the other occasion was doe stress incontinence and mild prolapses.
Neither endorsed the electric pelvic toners, if those were what you were thinking of. Without knowing what is the matter or what you need/want to achieve it is hard to say unfortunately.

Hi thanks for replying, yes I mean kegels and I know how to do them I physically can't. As I'm trying to do it the muscles don't move. I've downloaded apps to get me into the habit of doing fixed sessions and even after weeks of practice there is no improvement.

My story is: 15yr ago I sustained a serious injury and was bed bound for several months and everything was seriously weakened and I suffered some incontinence afterwards however with manual pfe I pulled it back although wasn't as good as before I wasn't having accidents etc.
3.5yr ago I had an emergency forceps delivery which left me with deep damage and I have had varying levels incontinence ever since. I've since had another birth (normal and easy, well as easy as childbirth is).
I now have bad stress and urge incontinence and on verge of prolapse.
I am unable to complete manual pelvic floor exercises as the muscles had separated to far for me to feel it.

I got a perfect pfe machine which was helping massively but the power starting getting weaker, I got replacement leads and probe but still not strong enough so I've accepted its bust and needs replacing. (now out of warranty)

Before it broke I was at the point of massively reduced urinary accidents and most importantly I was able to do and hold manual exercises since its bust I feel everything becoming slacker and can no longer do an effective hold and incontinence getting worse again and I really don't want to end up back at the start and unable to go out with dehydrating myself again.
I feel I need a electronic one to help me get enough strength to do this myself the aim is to able to do it without the use of a machine, I was getting there hut never made the whole way before it broke and its going backwards again no matter no much I try
