Has anyone returned purchases through the post during the last 12 weeks?

If you did how long did it take for refunds?

It’s been a few weeks since I returned things to Sainsbury’s TU and H&M and no sign of anything yet

I've just had notification of my Next return, so it took 3 weeks.

Yes loads.

Next took about 6 weeks to refund.

Zara refunded very quickly - within days. Dorothy Perkins was a week.

Amazon have been crap when returning via Hermes, but when sent back via Royal Msil it gets refunded straight away from the tracking

Don't bother ordering anything from Debenhams - my return was made on the 7th May and still no refund! I wish I'd never bought anything from them, a month and a half later I really need that money back too.

We sent something back to Apple via dpd and it only took 4 days from collection to money back in account, was quite impressed with that!

BooHoo took 5 days.

Amazon, took weeks and I'm not even sure money is back in my account yet
