Struggling with motivation when wfh.

I know this isn't a real problem and really I'm just whining but I'm finding it so hard to get motivated working from home. In previous jobs, pre-lockdown, I have worked from home on an ad hoc basis and never had an issue, and actually got more work done. But now I've been at home for 3 months I'm just struggling with the motivation. I'm still getting everything done, and I do like my job (plus given the IT set up we have, working from home is just as easy as working from the office which helps) but it does take me longer to do stuff recently, and I find myself wandering around the house doing little jobs, browsing the internet, just generally procrastinating which isn't really like me at all. I don't think it helps that I started a new job 2 weeks before the lockdown so had to do a lot of training from home, plus didn't really get much time to get to know my colleagues face to face so it's harder to now just chat to them which I think amplifies the loneliness/boredom.
I know that basically the answer is suck it up, but is anyone else struggling with motivation now?

Yes. Which is why I'm on Mumsnet instead of preparing for the team Zoom in 20 minutes. I have so much work to do, two kids to home school and my house is a pit.

I just can't be arsed.

Reward kids for doing simple quick cleaning jobs each after school. ' If you can empty bin/ stack dishwasher/ unload dishwasher etc, then you can have.. ..

Ban yourself from all cleaning until after work and then do 40 mins only. Allow yourself some 'me time' every day.
