I'm BFing my 6 week old baby. Have had a bad pain in my right boob all day yesterday and all night and today. It's in the underboob area, below the nipple, feels like it's bruised but there's no redness or anything visible. They aren't engorged (haven't been since my milk came in, my supply settled v quickly). Doesn't feel hard like a blocked duct. Nipples feel fine, I really don't think it's thrush as it's constant and only on one boob. Baby has always had a shallow latch but it's no worse on the sore side. Heeeeeelp.
