Do you guys see anything off about this font?

Thanks.

Looks like the S is upside down

The S looks like it's upside down.

Budapestpest · 15/06/2020 20:12

Yes agree the s could be upside down but honestly it just looks quite an informal irregular font and I think it looks fine, like it’s supposed to be like that

BikeRunSki · 15/06/2020 20:13

The S is a bit top heavy, but I don’t think it matters. My capital Ss always go like that when I try to draw big letters.

BikeRunSki · 15/06/2020 20:15

I think the S just adds to the “hand drawn” nature of the design.

percheron67 · 15/06/2020 20:23

Is that you, Vicar?!

WanderingTrolley1 · 15/06/2020 21:08

Thanks, guys. The S looks upside down to me, too.

I contacted seller and: “I can confirm the 's' isn't upside down and this is the nature of the font. It's meant to look slightly hand drawn and not entirely uniform.”

I’m not happy to give as a gift, but she won’t refund return postage. Damnit.

It’s fine to give as a gift op! I honestly thought it was meant to be like that, it’s informal and relaxed and as she says “hand written” style

BikeRunSki · 15/06/2020 21:30

I agree with @Budapest
