Through lockdown I’ve got in the habit of making lovely salads for lunch. However, I’ve not lost any weight. What things could I put on and in them that will help my weight loss?

Take stuff off not add on!

Weight or measure all the calorific stuff, cheese, dressings. Coleslaws, nuts, pasta and potatoes

Also just replacing one meal wit( salad may not affect your total daily calorie intake
