If you've had a recent Ocado delivery...

Have you had a delivery from Ocado recently?
If so, how did it work? Did they leave everything on the front door step? Did you put out large cardboard cartons for them to place bags in?

We have Ocado delivery every week. They put the bags on front step and stand back, we then take bags in. They are not taking plastic bags back for recycling at the moment.

I have plastic ironing baskets, which I put out on the step and they put everything in there, already in bags and then I bring it in when they have left the garden. Very straight forward.

They just leave them on the door step. I take them in when he or she is done.

I have a regular weekly delivery, and it varies.

Sometimes, shopping bags are put on doorstep, then driver rings bell and steps away.

Sometimes, the crates with bags in are on my doorstep for me to collect bags out of.

Occasionally, driver has handed bags over to me.

Once driver unloaded bags into the doorway after I’d answered the door.

Bags aren’t being taken back, and whenever I’ve had a substitution that I haven’t wanted, the driver has told me to keep it anyway (and I still get a refund) as they don’t want it back.

Bags are left at the front doorstep whilst I stand back. Driver moves away and I pick them up.

Thanks to all! It all seems straightforward, so will be fine.
