I was going straight ahead. The road was clear. As I was about to enter yellow box out of know where car turned in ( turned right) no signal / indication. I quickly slowed down was doing 20mph and of course had to let it pass. I had to stop. I stopped for few seconds in the yellow box. Not long. Will I get fined? :(
