We have tree bees!!

I planted a bee garden in the hopes of attracting bees and it seems to have worked since we have a tree bee nest in our roof!

They make me laugh cos they seem really dozy. Constantly bumping against our window or they hover at the entrance of our french doors before buzzing away.

So cute too

Only problem is, they keep coming low enough that my dogs keep trying to eat them Hmm

I actually have to tell my dogs to not eat bees...

Me too! They are lovely Grin

No dogs so no problem there.
I'm just being careful incase the gate to my tiny garden bangs and makes them swarm out as the entrance is in the roof right next to the gate. I'm being careful in the garden too as it's only small so I'm close to it wherever I am in the garden.

Once they have all gone though it has shown me that the roof needs fixed as obviously if bees can come and go through the holes (that aren't meant to be there) then so can water. I hadn't noticed any holes until I saw the bees.

We've got loads of bees visiting but no nest as far as I know. Lucky people!

They just make me laugh with the way the bumble up to the door and almost knock as if you say “helloooo I’m here”

One of "mine" almost knocked itself unconscious yesterday by hovering near the front door then waiting until I went to close it before deciding to fly full speed and bouncing off door coming towards it onto my hall floor.

I gently helped it out and it flew slightly wobbly away.
