Today I launched my new business.

I made a Facebook selling page and listed 3 items I have made 😁 It's the first tiny step but I did it. This time last year I was in a horribly abusive relationship, depressed, broken and defeated.

I have lost weight and today went for a run for the first time in ages. I feel alive and that I care about myself.

I went on my new rowing machine today, it's finally been set up under languishing in a cupboard, waiting. I did 30 minutes, am now red-faced and sweating. I achieved this fantastical event in fluffy slippers and a dress, I'm sure I looked a glorious site and my trainer would not be impressed but, who cares?

Congratulations to you too, NellMangel, that is huge, not just the weight loss which is amazing in itself - but the knowing that you're caring about yourself. That's the key, isn't it?
