What are these figures, I can't give the context but it seems impossible to find out anything about them

I think they maybe Indonesian. I saw craft carvings similar to this in Jakarta. Also, the second figure, which is harder to see, looks like she maybe wearing a costume similar to Balinese dancers.

There appear to be seven figures. Is that significant? I wonder whether they might depict the seven lucky gods of Japan ....

I'm no expert at all but just putting it out there as a suggestion!
