Every time I take a walk with my toddler on my back I end up with lower back pain and the carry doesn't feel very comfortable.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi op, I'm definitely no expert but I find tighter around my hips and pulling the shoulder straps tight work well. Make sure the toddlers bum sits well in the sling too.

The strap seems high to me. It's aaages since I carried my toddler, (who is now 10!) but as he got heavier, I needed the strap over my hips rather than above them. Else the weight is all on your lower back. It should sit like a proper hiking rucksack does.
