Help! MAM teats on Avent bottle.

Hello,
Totally new to Mumsnet and this is my first ever post asking for help, so please be kind 🙈
My son is 10 weeks and has used MAM bottles since birth, and luckily had no problem. However, I’m so tired of cleaning all those little pieces and then sterilising them all, and waiting for all the bits to dry. I would love a bog standard bottle with a MAM teat. I’ve bought NUK - mam teats don’t fit, and my son won’t take the NUK teat. Then I bought the AVENT bottles, son won’t take AVENT teat, and although MAM size 1 teat fits, it keeps collapsing, but doesn’t collapse on the MAM bottle. Am I doing it wrong? Has anyone had any success in putting MAM teats on AVENT bottles? X

I haven’t tried using tests on different bottles, but it is only the anti-colic bottles that have all the little bits.
