My little boy has just turned 2 and I am a bit concerned about his behaviour lately especially when I sit him down to Have dinner, he moves his head from side to side really fast and laughs uncontrollably while babbling and looking at his hands, this can go on for a while, he also does this occasionally throughout the day, some days he can be so hyperactive, has anyone else had this, he’s due to have his 2 year assessment soon but just so worried, thanks
