No shampoo?

To those of you who don't use shampoo on your hair, what do you use instead? Do you still use conditioner? I Really want to stop using shampoo to see if it helps the condition of my hair and would like to know if other people would recommend doing this. Was your hair better or worse when you stopped using shampoo?

Thanks!

I do use shampoo but the blocks rather than liquid. it took me a while to find one that suited me but now I wouldn't go back to liquid .

Are you thinking about not using any kind of soap / shampoo at all?

I just want to avoid things that contain harsh chemicals or silicone really

I use cheapy Conditioner as a wash. At the moment I have XLC stawberry from Savers 99p and then use a good conditioner after it. Works for me.

@FedUpAtHomeTroels is your hair better for it?

Shampoo dries my hair so it feels like straw and so not shampooing was a big relief. Seems to work well for me, but I have dry hair and it never gets greasy. Lots of split ends now as I need a hairdresser to trim it all.
