Anyone know any really good family Barristers? Finding it hard to get recommendations

You want someone ideally within fairly close travelling distance otherwise you’ll spend a fortune on travel. Once allowed

For what? Divorce? Financial settlement? Contact arrangements? In 99% of cases you would have a solicitor who should advise if you need counsel (a barrister) and suggest some. It’s not impossible to go to a barrister directly but it’s generally not necessary, more expensive and also when courts open more fully much harder to get hold of them than your solicitor many of whom have higher rights enabling to act as advocate so you could have same person whole way through.
