Can anyone help with division?

I’m terrible at maths!
Trying to divide 3243 by 3. What do I do when I get to diving the 3 into the 2?
I can’t wrap my tiny little brain around it.

Put a 0 after the 1 on top line.
Then divide the 24 by 3.
1081 is the answer .

You go legt to right.
3 into 3 goes 1.
3 into 2 goes 0.
so take the next digit together with the one that doesnt go. 3 into 24 goes 8.
3 into 3 goes 1.
Answer 1081.

Sorry - lining up hasn't worked, but 3sinto 3 go once, 3s into 2 don't go, so 0, but move the 2 across so 3s into 24 go 8, 3s into 3 go 1.

The 3 won’t go into the 2 at all, so put a 0 above it.

Now move on to the next digit but keep the 2 in front of it as you haven’t used it yet. So instead of 4 it now says 24. 24 divided by 3 is 8, so write 8 above the 4.
