Quick question re Next returns

Normally do a return to store but have a Hermes collection scheduled for today. There wasn’t a returns form in the for me to complete, only a returns label. Is this right? No paperwork in the parcel when I send it back, just a label on the outside?

Yes I did mine last week, just stick the label on top of the one with your address on it.
It took about 10 days for Next to acknowledge the returns so be prepared to wait x

You're lucky with 10 days, I'm 5 weeks and still waiting.
