I eat a bowl of muesli every night before bed

I've done this for years. This is then my breakfast and I don't eat again till lunchtime. I sleep deeply after it so it doesn't keep me awake. I find I can't sleep if I'm away and don't have it. Is anyone else like this and could this be bad for me?

Can’t see the harm.

Why would it be bad for you? Confused

I used to do this, I love muesli. But then I'd probably have breakfast too.

It was bad for me, I was diagnosed pre diabetic from a blood test and sadly found it sent my blood sugar way too high. I eat some nuts or something non carby if I'm hungry at bedtime, but not too much. My blood sugar is completely normal now, I had a completely normal bmi at the time.

I make my own
Have a bowl every morning with almond milk.
I never eat after evening meal , 7 or 8 pm at night
Muesli with nuts, seeds , dried fruit, gluten free oats and quinoa flakes topped with fresh fruit is very good for you.
