Chilling out whilst DH makes his tea. DD has already eaten & I’m having fish & chips from the freezer later. I am feeling a mix of emotions as I E Mailed my Manager earlier to say I could come back to work ( been off voluntarily since just before lockdown). I have missed my colleagues but it’s a bit nerve wracking thinking about going back. Hoping we don’t get a 2nd wave of the virus as tourists start to come down to Cornwall again. Looking forward to Corrie & looking for a box set to watch ( DH & I finished Chernobyl last night which was harrowing but excellent).

I’m on MN. Dh watching footy. DD watching TV. DS playing his bass. All in different rooms.

DD16 is cooking tea, DH is catching up on his scrabble moves with his mother and trying to pretend he's not still working, DD14 is clearly struggling with her hormones and trying not to become a screeching harridan, and we're all pretending to watch Bones.

I’m watching Desperate Housewives! Have had chilli for dinner and am hoping OH will go to the freezer and get me a Malteser ice lolly soon.

Im in the bath after a very wet mountain run. Kids in their rooms. DH out checking out the flock.

Glass of wine is awaiting in the kitchen.

I'm looking at MN, also watching Location, other half is at work. Two young children asleep upstairs. Just contemplating eating an ice-pop..

Ds8 is in our room on his new Xbox very kindly bought by his grandparents. We've found some school chums who play Xbox so he's happily nattering away whilst playing roblox

Dh and I are catching up on new lives in the wild and eating sweets!

I'm snuggling the three year old to sleep. ❤️ Shes just now drifted off but I'm going to cuddle her a little bit longer - judging by the sounds of the TV in the next room DH has managed to put the five month old to bed too.

Once both kids are sound asleep I'll get into bed next to him while he's watching his show, he'll probably stroke my back while I watch YouTube videos with my headphones in. Bliss.

Though after that there's a lot of mess downstairs to clean up and then I've got to wrap our little nephews birthday present for tomorrow.

DD just collapsed on the sofa after finishing a uni zoom meeting. The course is delivered in English, the discussion is in German and English with some Russian mixed in - and then I showed her the garden ornament - she'll have night mares.
DS is having a Gotham marathon on netflix and DH suffers because he's had one of those 24h blood pressure thingies fitteed. Every 15 minutes he goes bsssss.
I am on MN and watching a cracking the cryptic video at the same time no alcohol involved.

Just finished helping DD type her book review up on daddy's laptop, not watching escape to the chateau DIY while drinking wine, and she's doing Lego

I’m feeling super deflated and emotional this week for some reason. I was actually enjoying lockdown up until now but being bored to tears having nothing to do at work all day is killing me now. DP is having a loud catchup with his friend in the garden and I’m hiding in the bedroom feeling sorry for myself.
Really need to snap out of this.

Lying on the bed, toddler sleeping and DH downstairs, we had a bicker earlier and are now barely speaking, very unlike us! I'm hoping he comes up to see where I am but think he's being as stubborn as me tonight 😔🙈

Introducing DD to Blackadder

We are rebuilding the moses basket stand, I am a foster mum and I am on standby for another baby tomorrow (our 6 month old foster baby is upstairs, sleeping). Tonight I will hope for sleep, it could be my last decent night for a while!

Not much really. Everything is done. Ds is asleep, dh and I are just about ready to sit down with drinks and watch some telly.

Watching Location with my 4 dogs (well, they're asleep), drinking a glass of red wine. DH at work (we're both paramedics), I'm on rest days at the moment.

Watching First Dates Hotel with the OH and a bottle of wine. DS is upstairs playing something on his xBox.

I’m feeding 4 week old ds2 while mumsnetting. Dd and ds1 are asleep. DH is working on his laptop and all is very settled in the house. I might even attempt to watch a box set (haven’t seen one in forever!)

My home for this week is childrens hospital.... im currently debating whether to wake ds for his 9pm feed. He is 10 weeks old and only 9lb. Dont want to wake him as hes barely slept all day and took an hr to go down but he has to fast from 2 am for surgery so equally dont want him to miss a feed. I just know if i wake him hes going to scream for hours...

I’ve just cleaned the downstairs, then had a bath. DS is playing fortnite. DD is in bed reading with DH.

I’m about to go and watch little fires everywhere and count my blessings because I have been very down today and feeling very sorry for myself which is stupid and I need to ace it up.

Im on sofa while my husband has over taken watching our 3 and half year old to go sleep she has autism and isnt able to be left . Im watching the history of a house tv programme but feeling super tired. I also have a 15 month old up stairs thay went to sleep pretty quickly thankfully.
