Ebikes

I’m considering buying an ebike on the cycle to work scheme. I’d like to cycle to work (12km each way) 2 or 3 days a week. The distance is ok but there Is a couple of hills that are quite narrow so would be dangerous if I was struggling to get up them.

Anyone got one for commuting and would recommend.

Not got an ebike to commute but when I rented one a few years back it was ace! Did a 20k flattish forest loop and the battery was still over half full, so I should imagine you’d be ok range wise not charging it up at work. Was awesome fun and so satisfying just blasting up hills with virtually no effort.

I'm keen too! In Holland, I wondered why OAPs were passing me on the hills...
