Can you be pregnant and have zero symptoms?

Apart from missed periods and positive pregnancy tests, of course. And the pregnancy be viable.

I'm just asking out of interest because anyone I've spoken to before who has claimed not to have had symptoms has later added that they DID actually have sore boobs, but didn't count that as a symptom.

So early for symptoms op, i had ectopics, and with my successful ivf, no symptoms until 6.5 weeks when the sickness started!

Good luck! Xx

Yes. I was around 11 weeks with ds3 when I found out and only did a test because DH commented on me drinking something I hate and I realised I only want to drink that when pregnant. With the other two I had the whole sickness, heartburn and dizziness going on from v early but him, no, not a hint. And he's very healthy!

I had no symptoms and as I was in my 40s didn't expect to be pregnant. My periods were always very light and easily missed and what with falling pregnant around the time my dad died I just didn't notice for quite a while. When I did start to feel a bit rough I realised I may have missed one but couldn't remember when the last one was. Midwife sent me for a scan thinking I could be 10 weeks gone but turned out I was 14 weeks. Yikes!

Yes of course.

I only had tiredness in my 3 pregnancies. Until I got a bump and a scan, they were giveaways! Then I got backache.

EwwSprouts · 08/06/2020 16:40

Yes. Zero early symptoms.

I had no symptoms. The first thing I noticed was when the baby moved, probably at around 20ish weeks.

Yes, I'm currently 24 weeks and have had zero symptoms. It irks me when people say "I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms... apart from tiredness/sore boobs/headaches/nausea at x weeks/heartburn" erm they are symptoms 😂

I had a private scan at 8 weeks as I was convinced it wasn't a viable pregnancy as I hadn't had ANYTHING apart from a positive pregnancy test. It turns out everything was fine! I continued to not have any symptoms at all, until I got a bump and can now feel little kicks!

Don't write it off just yet, asymptomatic healthy pregnancies can and do happen!
