I had a prospective lodger come round for a second viewing on Saturday. She said she would like the room so we agreed I would send her the contract to review and then we would arrange to meet to deal with checking Id documents etc. The same day she texted me her email. I emailed her the contract that afternoon and texted her to let he know I had done that. I have heard anything back not even an acknowledgement to say she has received the email. I realise she may have changed her mind but should I give her a polite nudge along the lines of “following up, do let me know if still want to go ahead or if you have any questions“. If so, how long should I wait? (Email was sent Saturday afternoon.)
