Bathroom Inspiration Required

Our bathroom has chocolate brown tiles (which I would LOVE to get shot of, but cant afford to) and, currently, white walls. Looking to change to a 'colour', but which one? What 'goes' with brahn?

I think from a quick google, embrace the brown. Either pale cream or off white walls. If the tiles are floor to ceiling then can you change the fittings to brass or a matt gold colour? Some rich green plants would look amazing if you have space and natural light. I think you could make it opulent. If you have Pinterest have a look on there as a lot of the nice bathrooms I saw in my search were in there.

Thanks Long, but I don't 'do' gold. It's just the floor tiles that are brown, the wall ones are white.

You could get a cheap bit of vinyl for the floor and just lay it over.

But if not I agree about the green plants idea.

I thought you meant the wall tiles were brown too. Ahh I see. I once bought some stick on tiles from Poundland to do our old bathroom and downstairs loo. They were cork tiles and so easy to stick on. I did get a tub of cork tile adhesive just in case the backing wasn't strong enough, but I loved those tiles. Nice and warm, slightly soft to walk on, non slip which is vital as have two mobility impaired dds. I wish I could buy more for here as our current bathroom has cold ceramic tiles which are freezing and slippery as hell.

Anyway, back to your room. You said about a colour, what about a duck egg or vibrant green on one of your walls? That said, I would be inclined to leave it with the white walls, add the plants and bright splashes of colour with bath matts and towels and accessories. What colour are your counter tops in there?
