Fucking over sharing!

I keep over sharing. I don’t know why I’m doing it and then afterwards I’m absolutely cringing to death!!

It’s to do with separating with my Dh. They aren’t particularly close friends either. It just blurts out and then I get the sad faces and then me telling them it’s all fine we’re still friends - with a weird titter afterwards.

Why am I doing this?!

Kill me now 🙈

Make sure you arent drinking and journal or talk to a therapist.avoid situations that trigger you as much as possible. Keep conversations breezy. Nobody really wants to know or hear it unless they are your therapist or very close trusted person.

Get in therapy!

They get paid for your emotional over sharing and verbal diarrhoea. They love it. It is their daily bread and also their cash cow. you need somewhere to process it all, but airing your dirty laundry to anyone and everyone is never going to help you feel better

You have complete control over this OP, you need to think before you speak. Also remember you may be putting people in an awkward position by telling them stuff they may not actually want to know. Just pause and think if you really want what you are about to say to get out there.
