Anyone waiting for a Parentpay refund?

Waiting for a refund from 2 trips for the DC's that are not going ahead. Says it takes up to 10 days.

Has anyone had a refund recently, or are they taking longer?

I waited nearly 2 months for my daughters skiing trip refund. Once I saw it in my parent pay account, I did the withdrawal and it took 3 days to go into my bank account.

It had sat in the parent pay account for 2 weeks though, I didn’t think to check as I assumed it would be refunded to my bank account

The trip should’ve happened beginning of April, but was cancelled mid March, the refund was processed the 21st May.

Ours are just processing refunds now for a trip that was confirmed cancelled about 3 weeks ago. I assume they have to wait to get their money back from the place?

The money for my DS's ski trip arrived on Tuesday, this week. I requested a refund and it was in my account by Friday.

The school had to jump through hoops to get the money back and then make sure everything was in place for parents to get their refunds beforehand.

We got it very quickly, the school announcement of cancellation for October came in April. We even wondered if they were premature, obviously they weren't.

Useful thread - reminded me to check my account and request a refund. Still have two payments for trips that haven't been refunded to the account yet though.

I didnt think to check and also assumed that it would go back to my account. I logged in today and have requested a withdrawal for both trips, but one has been waiting for a few weeks.

Just wondering how wyucly they process the refunds but can see from the answers it's quite quickly.

Dd dad paid for here skiing trip which she was due to go on beginning of april. As of last week he hadn't had a refund but has been contacted regarding rebooking or refund quite a while ago now.
