Dunelm Mill contact?

Does anyone know who to write to at Dunelm Mill to get a response? They have closed our request for a return with an email saying we hope your issue is now resolved. Multiple other attempts haven't got a response either.

I've been emailing them at the help address re a rug that hasn't been delivered. All I get back are emails telling me that there is a high volume of contact and a limited number of people responding, be patient.

Except the other day, when I got an email that was just a subject line and then their bumf that goes on the bottom with no actual text. That was interesting.

I reckon they're struggling with a very high demand that they weren't prepared for. My rug, I was told, when they re-scheduled the delivery, is 'with the supplier' and the courier will be in touch. I've been waiting over a week now for the courier to talk to me...
