Heads going funny all day

I've never experienced this in my life. Six days ago my head started going dizzy? On the top. It doesn't affect my eyes or balance. Nothing is spinning. But it lasts a few seconds and it's throughout the day on and off. It's much worse in the evening. There's no pain though.

Sounds also cause it to happen. The baby gate clicking shut. A ball hitting the wall. High pitched noises. It's happening when I lie down too.

I have told my Dr she's doing bloods next week for other issues I've had. She didn't have much to say about it but then again it had only been two days at that point.

Anyone have any idea?

Have you covered the obvious like taking vitamins to increase your iron and B12. Sounds unlikely from what you have said but always a good idea anyway.

What do you mean by dizzy? Do you mean you feel light headed like you are going to faint? Do you see spots or flashes?

Are you on any other medication?

Do you mean as you lie down, or if you’ve been lying down for a while.

Have you noticed a loss of hearing in any ear?

I take iron but currently on spa tone. I usually have ferrous sulfate.

Dr told me two days ago I was lacking in iron and vitamin d back in march but they forgot to tell me about the vitamin d. B12 was fine in march.

I've been feeling unwell on and off lately. Seems half related to periods. My period finishes seven days ago but still getting nauseous and weak.

It doesn't affect my eyes. It's like a shiver on the top of my head like a painless dizzy shiver. Which makes me feel whooshy. But nowhere near fainting.

I don't have much energy this week.

Bp was 120/72 last night.

It's 92/74 this morning.

Drs doing a full panel of bloods next week. But this is a strange symptom. I can't work out what it is.

It's happening regardless of what I'm doing.

Can’t think of what it is but wish you well.
