Contacting Homebase by telepathy?

Or does anyone have a better way, carrier pigeon perhaps, semaphore maybe? I have spent far too much time on their website trying to find a portal to an email address, but their contact us page leads no where except to the seventh level of badly thought out website hell. All I want to do is have a moan about the 50% extra free tomato feed I bought that is actually 50% empty. I can't even ask for a refund because I binned the receipt. I just want to register my ire. But I can't because they have cunningly denied electronic contact while pretending to be consumer friendly.

I hate you Homebase.

My rage is with Marshall's plant stuff - my 5 May order is still processing, they've closed their phone lines, and customer service email replies are on a 2-3 week turnaround Hmm Angry

Homebase cancelled my order after weeks of waiting, promised me a £20 gift voucher that never arrived and haven't answered any emails. It's horrendous.

You should try getting through to 3 mobile. There phone lines take you through all sorts of menu options then tells you to use their live chat on line and hangs up. Live chat just states no advisor available and try later. I tweeted them 4 days ago and still waiting on a reply. I only need a puk code for my sons tablet

Thanks Nervous, I have found what I hope is a customer service email on Google, and sent them one, am half expecting it to be bounced back.

Thanks to Strangerthings as well. I don't know who Damian is, but he is getting an email too asking him to task his senior IT manager to find the elusive customer service email the web site promises!

Commiserations to everyone else who is number three in the queue/ holding on/listening to the Four Seasons/ pressing a hash key/ feeling less like a valued customer than shit on a shoe.

@viques he is the CEO. He wont answer it but will hopefully pass it to someone who will. I waited for 10 weeks on fence paint and was getting no response to any emails to customer services, emailed him and someone eventually emailed me back with my refund. Good luck!

Little update.

Email from customer services, manager of the store will replace the tomato feed. I now have to decide whether it is actually worth my while driving up there! Nothing else I actually need from homebase at the moment, but do need to use the tomato feed for my tomatoes and dahlias.

Maybe I need to treat myself to a few nice pots.........

Nothing from Damian though Sad
