Or does anyone have a better way, carrier pigeon perhaps, semaphore maybe? I have spent far too much time on their website trying to find a portal to an email address, but their contact us page leads no where except to the seventh level of badly thought out website hell. All I want to do is have a moan about the 50% extra free tomato feed I bought that is actually 50% empty. I can't even ask for a refund because I binned the receipt. I just want to register my ire. But I can't because they have cunningly denied electronic contact while pretending to be consumer friendly.
