If you are frontline and wear a disposable mask for most of your shift which is best?

A headband with buttons as an ear saver or one of those that are shorter, sit at the back of your head and have buttons on.

I'm looking at 12hr shifts and don't fancy painful ears.

Any opinions very gratefully received.

I prefere the headband. The other kind pull the mask too tight on my head.

Headband, or style your hair in 2 little bins on each side and pop the mask round them.

Or even better. Get the masks that you can tie up

Definitely the headband!
