For those mainly with DC of push chair age I just wondered how often you come across blocked pavements be inconsiderate people?
I go for a walk once, sometimes twice, a day with my DD in her push chair and regularly find the footpath blocked
Earlier a builder had decided to park his van on the pavement and then he'd put maybe ten individual piles of bricks blocking the rest. I had to go in the road. Here's another example just a few days ago. I'm considerate to others, I wouldn't dream of ever blocking the pavement
