I wake up with really really tense neck, shoulders and upper back. Its as though when I sleep im bringing up shoulders and tensing up my body including my face. So much so that now I've even noticed wrinkled developing on my forehead. I know you could say that they may have appeared naturally but I honestly don't think so.
Anyway my main issue is the whole not relaxing my muscles thing when I sleep. It affects the quality of my sleep and I don't know what to do.
