Just wondering how crowded they are? Are lots of people using them as convenient meeting places?

2 weeks ago and they were empty but no doubt that'll have now changed

Stopped at one last Thursday on way to funeral. It wasn’t too busy. We used the toilet and bought an M&S sandwich which we ate sitting outside. Quite a few people queuing for a KFC. MacDonalds was closed. Everyone there looked like they were passing through. Didn’t see anyone who seemed to have met there just to socialise.

I went to one last week. Not crowded, every other toilet, sink and hand dryer had been blocked off and there was a one way system in place from the car park to the toilets.

Food court, McDonald's, noodle place and Costa closed. Spar and WHSmith open including Costa machine and microwave to heat ready meals sold by Spar, aimed at lorry drivers I assume because I've seen a few news reports about them being unable to get hot food out on the road.

Motorway was really quiet too, I experienced no delays despite travelling at rush hour and did the journey in little over half the time it usually takes, due to congestion.

Fantastic, thanks, this is all what I was hoping to hear Smile

Although for all of you so far I think this was before lockdown eased yesterday. Anyone been this week?

Stopped at 2 over last couple of days, they were really quiet and really well organised to allow for social distancing

Great thanks. Hoping to meet a friend tomorrow, proximity of a toilet is the main consideration for her!
