Printed address books?

My grandmother has poor eyesight and dementia.

Has anyone ever managed to find an address book that you can have the numbers and addresses pre-printed into them? We’re trying to avoid anything we hand write as she struggles to interpret the handwriting.

How many different numbers does she need to phone? I’d be making an A4 (double sided?) print out and laminating it.

Probably not many so we could do that. Thank you, hadn’t thought of that option.

My blind mother has all numbers preprogrammed into her phone. She also has a couple of gizmos from RNIB to record other numbers and a magic pen sticker recorder. I'll try to find links.

Type and laminate - large bold font and as little writing as you can get away with x

We printed the details onto stickers and put them in an ordinary address book.

Honestly, how important are the addresses?

My gran with dementia has a MASSIVE home phone where each number has the name printed underneath of who it is and directly calls them

@2007Millie she is insisting she wants the addresses so to avoid further upset we are agreeing to it. With the phone we are trying to limit further new technology in the house. She’s had to have several new things recently that have caused her great confusion as they are modern and don’t work the way her old appliances did.

She is refusing to be moved to care home or allow carers in and is still deemed to have some capacity so we’re trying our best to keep her independent for as long as possible.
