In the SE and London it sounds like all the primary schools are oversubscribed, for example It would be unlikely to be able to move 3 siblings to another school, the school wouldn’t have spaces available.
Is it like that everywhere? I don’t understand why as when I was younger my siblings and I changed schools 3 times due to my dads job and moving areas and it was never a problem.
