Hi everyone, due 7th december, wondering if anyone else is experiencing or has experienced a subchrorionic haematoma?

My sister had one. Had 2 huge bleeds at 11 and 13 weeks, expected the worst but had an uneventful pregnancy after that and now has a lovely 5 year old girl.

That's amazing to know everything turned out fine, mine is small about 2cm by 1cm, but never had it with my 2 boys sailed through them no issues! This one been so so sick, and then the bleed. Thank you for answering x

Yes, I had one with DC2 - she is now 12. Identified after bleeding at just under 12 weeks. Told I would bleed for 2 weeks as it dispersed, which was about right. Carried to full term, no other issues.

I had bleeding at 11 weeks with DC1 but cause never worked out. That pregnancy carried on ok as well.

Never had any bleeding with pregnancies 3 and 4. All pregnancies are different. As hard though it is when you have bleeding in pregnancy, try not to worry. It can all be fine.

I had one with my twins around 11 weeks. A massive gush, some more for a day or two then brown blood for a few more weeks.

All worked out ok in the end, two healthy babies, teens now.

Fresh01 thank you, that's reassuring, they found it on the scan today as i went epu dies so bleeding but only happened twice on a bowel movement, no other bleeding happens any other time. So strange how everything is different each time, so glad to hear all ended perfectly, they said its with in the distal aspect of the uterus anechoic area, saw baby moving and the heart beat strongly xx

Yep I had one. Huge bleeds at 6 and 8 weeks. Bled all the way to 17 weeks. I now have an adorable and very bouncy 5 year old son.

Mine was massive. Had a massive gush of blood everywhere at nearly 11 weeks and then bled really heavily for a few days.

They scanned me and I had a haematoma measuring something like 10cm x 10cm x 3cm (and that was after days of bleeding).

Kept bleeding for a while afterwards but it slowed down a lot. The haematoma was still there on the 20 weeks scanned but much smaller.

Rest of pregnancy was entirely normal and straight forward.

Hope all goes smoothly for you. Stay away from google. It's not your friend!! x
