Mobile phone address question

Random question - hoping someone here knows the answer...

I need to buy a new mobile phone but have it delivered to a family member at a different address from mine (so a different address to the billing address). I only want to buy a refurbished phone outright, not a contract, but GiffGaff won't let you do it. I'm currently is isolation and can't have it delivered here and then go to a post office to send it on.

Does anyone know of any online stores where this is possible? To buy a phone outright and have it delivered to a different address from the billing address?

Can you send the family member the money and then the addresses will match?

Not really because it's a gift for them and I wanted to organise it all as a surprise.

You would think I was trying to get a mortgage the amount of barriers there are, when really all I want is a second hand refurbished phone! I might have to try eBay but had less trust in them...
