I hold AAT Level 3, and am looking at going self employed as a bookkeeper.
Looking for any advice, tips and experience anyone can offer.
I'm a single mum to 2 young primary school age children. I have an aptitude for figures and find it calming and engaging, hence studying the AAT syllabus.
Considering pursuing level 4, purely for the fun and for extra accreditation.
I live in North London.
I let my memberships lapse in the last couple years as I was working in a different industry. But I assume these are easy enough to reapply for?
Any insight on how I go about starting and any potential pitfalls would be greatly appreciated.
