Baby fell out of my arms into cot

About an hour ago my 3 month old was starting to fall asleep on me, so I went to move her to her cot. I have no idea how it happened, but as I was lowering her she rolled out of my arms and landed face down. She fell maybe 30cm at most. She screamed for a minute and has been fine ever since. In fact, she was grumpy all morning but has not stopped smiling and cooing since the incident, even as I've sat cuddling her in tears!

I feel absolutely sick about it, but as she has been fine, didn't fall far and landed on a soft surface it didn't cross my mind to call the doctor or 111. But DH has just said I probably should. She is due her next feed soon so I'll see how she takes it. If she doesnt drain it like she usually does then I will call someone just to check her over. Does that sound reasonable or should I ring someone anyway?

My 6 month old rolled off the bed today (we bedshare) I sobbed my heart out and she only cried for 2 minutes until she found my boob!
My eldest had so many accidents as a little one sometimes I wonder about him 😂
I’ll never forget when I could hear him crying but couldn’t find him in his cot! Somehow he’d ended up underneath the thing! I thought I’d lost the plot. I’m sure we’re always more shaken up than we are. Trust me it’s happened to the best of us! Xx
