Ok, so what feels overwhelming at the moment?

Everything. Taken on too much and neighbor issues

Everything seems worse in the night - can you write down a list of actions you can take to improve things then put it to one side and try to make a start on just one thing in the morning?

No not noise. We live rural with one neighbor and they have applied to knock down existing bungalow and replace with a massive glass type house that will take all our privacy. We are in a bungalow and my mum has a bungalow here too. I host all the local covens and they will be able to see us.
Also agreed to write an online diploma course for a large online college. Contract states it had to be completed by Thursday. I am still in the note making stage. Can’t concentrate due to stress from neighbor

They may not get planning permission, you can submit your concerns and/or look into fencing for more privacy.

One thing you can do in the morning is contact the college and let them know there will be a delay, and submit notes so far

Unfortunately the contract doesn’t give me any leeway. Already have a high fence but the roofline of their existing bungalow means that they will have full view
I struggle with noise too. That is why I moved her. Noise pushes me over the edge and the thought of the building work has pushed me to my mental health limits

So the deadline is this Thursday? I'd flesh it out as much as you can and get it off, and just say you may need to make revisions. Are you teaching it yourself?

I wasn't quite sure what you meant about next door, if you were saying they want to build another level with mainly glass. That would cut into their privacy too.

What does your coven do in the garden? I sympathise about the noise if it goes ahead, I'd hate that too.
