Gifts for BFF newly engaged?

My best friend has just got engaged and I'm really excited for her. She has been my friend for over 20 years and we have been together through thick and thin. She's very kind and thoughtful and often sends things for my DD, drives hours to come and visit us (we don't live near each other anymore) and generally goes above and beyond for me. If it weren't for bloody Covid I would have gone and seen her and we'd go out for dinner and drinks to celebrate. I've already sent her some flowers but I'd really like to send her a little package of treats to celebrate/treat herself.

So what would you like to receive if you had just got engaged? It's got to be easily postable. So far I've thought of a card, a little box of chocs, a mini bottle of champagne or Prosecco, face pack, mini body lotion. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Wow what a lovely friend you are - I'd just say that if she's going to be planning a big wedding and you will potentially be involved in some capacity there are likely to be lots of little ways to treat her/help her/show your appreciation/spend money so don't go too mad now!

That being said, why not theme the gifts/care package around starting to plan the wedding, if that's something she is particularly excited about? So maybe things like a little notebook and some nice stationary to write down ideas/plans (you can even get special wedding planner diaries/books if you can find one), a wedding/bridal magazine (not one of the mad ones which exist purely to convince a bride she needs to spend £10k on chair ribbons, but a naice/classy one with lots of lovely pictures for inspiration?), maybe even a funny cartoon or quote (or a sincere/inspiring one if that's more your bag) about wedding planning?
