iPhone numbers app spreadsheet

I use this for my household budget.

I've just gone to open it to update and check some things and...

It's gobbledegook!

I have no idea what's happened to it!

So annoying as I had taken some time to set it up and had lots of notes on it.

Can anyone help?

Is it the formatting that's gone wrong ?

Probably but I'm not familiar enough with it to know how to fix.

It's gone from the usual columns and rows to cell borders have disappeared and random sort of "text boxes" appearing but text makes no sense like "xxymmmxxxyyy"
