I’m curious if anyone knows how I’m able to have child maintenance recalculate my payments please.
I receive money for my son from his father however the payments are wrong and I think they should be recalculated. I spoke to CMS as the time and they said something about not being able to change the calculation unless they have a court order or something to have reason to recalculate so I’ve been on the same underpayment whilst my sons father has changed job 3 times and his wages have increased dramatically.
What is the protocol and how can I get the payment recalculated please.
