hi looking for some advice my 15 month old just will not sleep or stay asleep. Her routine is very good.
7am bottle
8am breakfast
12pm lunch
4pm dinner
7:30pm bottle and bed
She has snacks in between meals plenty of water and is on blue top milk.
She has one nap a day for an hour usually between breakfast and lunch or sometimes after lunch. She won't sleep longer than an hour in the day She's very active just started walking.
Long story short she goes down fine and around 10pm it starts the screaming. Not aways 10pm she just will not settle. It has been three weeks since the whole house had a full nights sleep 💤 we have read articles, forums, took advice from family members I have tried every option to try and calm her down. I've tried cry it out method, going in every so many minutes, rocking her in the pram, even sleeping on her floor at the side of the cot anything to stop the screaming. She's only getting about 3 hours broken up at night. And as you can imagine we are exhausted and out of options. As far as I can see there is nothing physically wrong with her and she has always been such a good sleeper any advice would be amazing thank you in advanced from an extremely tired mum living on cafeen
