Help!! No Amazon Locker Code !!!

I had an order delivered to a local locker last Sunday and have been waiting for a code to collect it ever since. I can’t find anywhere on the Amazon customer service to contact them and ask for the code. Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did you contact them?

Is it not in the Amazon email saying it’s been delivered? It should be.

I’ve contacted amazon countless times, I’ve never found it difficult so I can’t remember how I did it. I’ll have a look now. 👀

Look under 'your orders' to report a problem if it's not on your email. Very weird.

Have you had an email saying it's been delivered?
I had no confirmation email for one item of ordered but in the email I'd had notifying me it had been dispatched there was a track my order button.
I pressed that and it said the package had been delivered and had the code for collection.
Normally I get a specific email with the code so it was odd.

Or like homemade says, click on 'problem with order' next to the item in your orders list.

Have you received an email telling you the item has been delivered to a locker?

If so, the locker code is in that email.

If not, how did you know it was delivered and have you checked your email?

If it was in fact delivered to alocker last Sunday 24th May, the locker code should have been in the email. It won't still be there now as I think it's only 3/4 days you get to collect it.

The problem with your order bit doesn’t have a ‘I haven’t received my locker code’ bit.

There is nowhere specifically to say you haven’t received your locked code (although you seem so evasive about the emails I’m wondering if you’ve even checked them).

You email them and let them know you haven’t got it, but as pp says if it’s been over a week it’s probably not there anymore.

I had to download the App as I was unable to ring them. I’ve got a refund but what a faff. I won’t be using the lockers anymore.

Why are you ignoring all questions?

  1. How did you know it had been delivered?
  2. Have you checked your emails?
  3. Why did you leave it over a week to contact them?

This isn’t their fault, it’s neglect on your part to act to receive your parcel.

It takes about 5 clicks to get to the online chat on their website. No app required.

Of course you won’t “bite”, because you never even looked at your emails to get the code and you don’t want to admit it.

You just want to blame them instead of realising that if you had checked your emails or even hadn’t left it over a week to contact them that you might actually have your parcel right now.

As it is, your loss. Be more proactive next time 😊
