What colour is your hallway?

Hi all.

We are looking to decorate our hallway. It's very narrow with no windows so obviously we don't want anything too dark. We also want carpets throughout and on the stairs. Thinking possibly very light blue walls and grey carpet/bannister.
Do you have any other ideas?
What colour walls and floor do you currently have? Feel free to share pics if you want :)

Nutmeg white. I hate white walls generally bit every other room is a different colour so the hall and landing had to be white really. Not proper white though, I couldn't handle that!

Light blue sounds lovely.

You hallway sounds like mine though light comes through bathroom and front door etc. Painted it a mint blue, more like a lightish turquoise green/blue (not good with colours). Looks nice and not dark.

Red, white and green - landing, stairs and downstairs. But my stairs are black and white I like it but it is different. My DM has the colours you are talking about and they look really nice together.

Ours has a dado rail. Purple on the bottom half (I do like a bit of colour) and cream on the upper half.

Our hallway is huge so in two parts the first near the door is azure blue around the archways and pale grey on either walls. Then the majority of the hallway and upstairs is a very pale beige colour on half and half is white cladding because we do not have any windows there due to it being a terrace house. Grey browny laminate near the door and a red/cream/beige striped carpet on lower hallway and upstairs

Thought to add, hall has wood laminate and all skirting and doors are white.
