Motorway services

Hi folks... I’ve got to travel for work 2.5 hour round trip and I wondered if any knew if motorway services are fully open? I’m thinking my bladder won’t hold up for the trip Blush and I’ve noticed toilets are closed in supermarkets etc. Has anyone used them? A quick google tells me about parking restrictions but not much else.
Thank you.

I believe the loos are open (because truckers may need them) but hopefully someone with a definite knowledge can answer

I passed a sign on the motorway today saying services were open.

I understand that by law (?) you have to be able to get fuel, food & be able to go to the loo, so, yes they are.

Toilets are open (services on A roads are more hit and miss). Usually a WHSmith or small shop where you can buy some food as well. If you know your route, you can check exactly what food options you have on the services’ provider website (eg Moto).

I also think motorway services have to keep loos open, as others have said.

I did a long journey yesterday and stopped twice - once for the loo and once for petrol. Both were on A roads rather than motorways and they were more like glorified petrol stations than motorway type petrol stations.

Both had loos open I'm glad to say.

They are for loos and either M&S or WHSmith plus fuel obvs.
