How to be less negative/uptight?

I don't know when it happened, but I've suddenly realised I'm a really negative person and can find the bad in everything - I hate it!

I'm mid-twenties and have a good life, no past trauma, no reason to complain at all, but find myself easily disappointed and deflated about most things.

I'm looking for some advice on how to be more easy going and less uptight? I want to enjoy things and have fun rather than automatically shutting things down with negativity Sad

I can be like this op but I never used to be. I think a few bad things happened in the last few years that I kind of lost my optimism!
My husband is the opposite so I try to channel him.
Just try to think if the negativity is worth it or is it better to just let things go

One I like but find it difficult to do... "Recognise the emotion. But don't feel it."
