I’ve just watched Ep 8 and cried so much. I don’t normally cry at all at tv and films but the emotional parts are so well pitched and Carol Kane is perfectly cast.
For anyone that doesn’t know it’s about a group of mostly Jewish Nazi hunters in the 70s. It’s stylistically shot borrowing from Tarantino and film and tv of the era.
I don’t want to politicise it (as I am woefully ignorant of the situation other than school history lessons) but the theme of racism and hate towards others is explored well (so far) and sadly seems so apt this week.
