In light of scientists saying it's too early to ease lockdown, is anyone else reconsidering sending kids back? I've repaid the home learning discount applied by the school this term to send DC back, so was serious, but am now reconsidering. Anyone else? I'll probably still send but am wavering again now. AAGH, it's v tricky.

Under fives are now eligible for testing apparently- must have missed that a couple of days ago.

I’m still sending my Yr6 in tomorrow. For us as a family the risk is tiny. He needs some social interaction and a bit of a routine. I have no concerns.

I feel the ‘risk’ was greater the week or two before schools shut in March when we had huge community’s transmission.

Scientists not wanting to put themselves out of a job is brilliant.

Same goes for Drs. Why on earth they would want to treat illness when it would just put them out of a job is beyond me.
